Southwark Apartments Christchurch was built by Nigel and Julie Lundy in 2008.
They soon extended the building after purchasing neighbouring land following the February 2011 earthquakes. The CBD has undergone massive reconstruction and experienced a large amount of additional travellers so more rooms were recently added with the addition of an extra wing which opened early 2016. The Lundy family have always been very involved day to day and continue to provide regular support in the successful running of the apartments. The business has a friendly, family run atmosphere along with a high level of attention to detail.

Southwark Apartments Christchurch accommodation is managed by Alisa Ravelje. With her vast experience in multiple hotels nationally, Alisa shares her valuable knowledge and experience to ensure our guests have a memorable and seamless experience.
