We are a family owned and operated residential building company founded in the Central South Island operating in Christchurch in 2013 by Tim and Yvette Nugteren.

Before this Tim spent a number of years trading under his own name.
During this time he was involved with a number of high end Architectural new homes in Queenstown which has shaped his passion for Architectural and Bespoke construction.
Tim is very passionate about the building industry and has built a team around him to support his vision of constructing and renovating quality homes with a quality service.
