Health Services Manager & Social Services Manager

We are currently seeking to fill 2 management positions – Health Services Manager and Social Services Manager. To be successful in this position, applicants must be motivated, innovative and able to think outside the square.
You will be passionate about making a difference for individuals and their whanau who use our services to ensuring they receive quality services.
Key skills and attributes for these role include:
• Qualifications appropriate to the position being applied for i.e. Social or Health related or management
• At least 4 years experience in management including human resources, budgets and service delivery
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to produce high quality reports for a variety of key stakeholder
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing health or social service provision.
• Able to manage relationships at all levels of the organisation, with whanau and key stakeholders.
• Current full clean drivers licence.
