I have a strong belief in using cage-free and hormone-free meat (we call it free farmed) so that is what I look for when sourcing our fresh meats. I love to support farmers from all over the Canterbury region. All of our pork is from Pig-Care Accredited farms - meaning the pigs are in a cage-free environment and well looked after. Our wine and cheese selection is from all over the South Island, anywhere from just around the corner in Cracroft down to Central Otago.
